Andrea Kan
Head of OperationsAndrea Kan has built a diverse career across global industries, starting in sales in Japan and later working at Coca-Cola on strategic sales and marketing projects. She transitioned to the fashion sector, expanding brand portfolios at Club 21 in Hong Kong and driving growth for Mulberry in Asia. A Middlebury College graduate with a degree in Japanese studies and a recent Master of Theology, she is multilingual and resides in London currently, where she acts as an active supporter of the Arts.
Carol Lancelloti
Marketing & Photography LeadCarol is a Brazilian photographer and creative director based in Lisbon. With a Master's degree in Design and Visual Culture, she combines expertise in branding, visual communication, and storytelling. Having worked with internationally acclaimed dancers and ballet companies, she brings an insider's understanding of the dance world alongside a strategic vision for brand development. At MGAP Arts Productions, she oversees marketing and photography, contributing to the agency's distinctive voice.
Felipe Camarotto
Brazil Representative ManagerTrained at the Bolshoi Theatre School in Brazil, Fellipe was part of the inaugural formation of the Bolshoi Youth Company and built a career as a professional dancer with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal and the São Paulo Dance Company. He has performed in important countries and stages, such as: Russia, Uruguay, Italy, Hungary, Canada, the United States and throughout Brazil. He works as a pedagogical coordinator, artistic assistant, teacher, judge and coach of classical ballet in relevant dance festivals in Brazil and Argentina.
